The Superguns in Brunswick on 27/07/13

The Superguns plus 5 of Melbourne’s most beer drenched head banging bands smashing a Saturday of Rock N Roll debauchery!!! Kicking off at 7 and rolling on through to 1am at a low low door charge: absolutely free!!!

COLD RED MUTE began in a dark basement in country Victoria with brothers Christian and Josh Block jamming out vicious speed-freak rock/metal riffs, brooding stoner jams and dark country blues. After relocating to Melbourne and going through many line-up changes, the boys finally found the missing link. A punk/metal bass-beast by the name of Joey Inturrisi. COLD RED MUTE are a V8 muscle-car blend of psychotropic punk, rock and metal combining the Monolithic, sand-devil riffage of Kyuss, the brutality of Motorhead, the drunken swagger of the sunset strip and the dark country madness of Tom Waits. COLD RED MUTE are a white-hot ball of energy on stage and have been known to play sets up to 3 hours long. They are about to release their debut self titled album.

Started officialy in 2012 by Andrew Alkemade and Tony Alkemade after jamming after work when not playing in other bands at the time. Wanting to play in a smaller band but not being just another two peice they reciruted Michael Stephenson on the keys. The band started gigging in the outer suburbs soon after and are moving to inner Melbourne to a venue near you

Voodoocain play loud, dirty Rock n’ Roll and are known for producing high energy & reckless live performances at some of Melbourne’s most iconic music venues.
Since forming in 2011, Voodoocain have managed to generate a significant buzz and steady following in Melbourne’s live music scene. Their songs are pure and honest, expressing their hopeful and crooked perspective.

180 Proof are a 3 piece rock band from Melbourne, Australia. Combining the best of blues-based hard rock, classic metal, and old school punk attitude, 180 Proof are making a mark playing lean, mean, rude, crude, sleazy, nasty rock and roll with catchy, filthy choruses and massive riffs.

Dead City Ruins have been carving their own path in the world of Hard rock. Starting out in London England and making their way home to Australia whilst playing as many down trodden, hole in the wall pubs and clubs as one band can fit into a seven day week.

Splicing the musicianship of 70′s and 80′s metal and the soul catching riffs of bluesy rock with the intensity and “f*ck ‘em all” attitude of punk rock, Dead City Ruins have left crowds from London (ENG) to Melbourne (AUS) reeling for more and asking themselves where the hell this band came from.
